In 2014, when the prevailing wisdom held that art acquisition required physical presence, ideelArt's founders Christelle Thomas (CEO) and Francis Berthomier (Co-founder and former CEO of Widewalls.ch) set out to challenge this notion. They envisioned a new paradigm: an "online first" approach to art distribution.
Recognizing the robust growth of the online art market - consistently achieving double-digit annual increases - they strategically focused their efforts on digital innovation.
And it worked!
