技术

在Peerna的工作室中,她利用身体的物理运动来模拟自然力量,如落水、风、重力和动量。她将一张Mylar薄膜固定在一个板上,然后用双手握住一束铅笔。将铅笔的尖端触碰到Mylar上,她接着执行一个单一、流畅的全身动作,将铅笔在表面上移动,模仿自然现象的运动,如瀑布或风暴潮。在这个动作中,Peerna的身体就像释放的水。铅笔是Peerna身体的延伸,留在表面上的图像是这一独特自然事件的瞬时记录。

"我进行绘画和装置艺术创作。我的元素是线条和光线;我的材料是铅笔、羊皮纸和我身体的运动。我是一个容器,收集自然中微妙而令人陶醉的过程,利用这些体验和冲动来创作我的作品。我记录雾气变成水的过程。我让风推动我的身体,使其在纸上留下痕迹。我在成千上万层灰色空气中游泳,并记录下每一层。我的大部分作品是在我工作室的孤独中诞生的。有时,和音乐家及舞者的公共表演将我从安全的沉默空间中引出,扩展我的绘画实践。我对无尽的成为过程感兴趣,没有故事,没有开始,没有结束——只有当前瞬间的流动。
